RISOLVI Platform Agreement

1. What RISOLVI does

RISOLVI is a platform where homeowners can describe home service needs and independent contractors can respond with quotes. RISOLVI helps users communicate and keep job information in one place. A contractor is responsible for the work it agrees to perform. RISOLVI does not perform home services, employ contractors, or guarantee that a job will receive a match or quote.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use RISOLVI lawfully. You may not impersonate anyone, post fraudulent requests or quotes, misuse another person's information, harass users, or use the platform for emergencies. For immediate danger, contact emergency services directly.

3. Homeowners

You confirm that you are authorized to request work at the property you list. Describe the issue accurately and review a contractor's identity, qualifications, scope, timing, price, and any required licenses or insurance before hiring. Accepting a quote forms a service arrangement with that contractor, subject to the quote and any later changes you both approve. Do not approve additional work you do not understand.

4. Contractors

You are an independent business, not a RISOLVI employee or agent. You choose whether to respond to a request and are responsible for your own work expenses and income taxes. You must provide truthful business, trade, service area, licensing, and insurance information; maintain any Florida or local license or permit required for your work; follow applicable law and safety requirements; give accurate quotes; obtain homeowner approval for changes; perform accepted work professionally; and handle your own workers, warranties, and obligations. An application may be reviewed or declined. Approval does not guarantee leads or income.

5. Quotes, changes, and payment

A quote should state the work, price, and expected timing. The homeowner and contractor should agree on material changes before the work proceeds. RISOLVI does not currently collect customer payments, issue contractor payouts, or charge a platform fee through this site. RISOLVI plans a 10% contractor fee on the accepted quote amount when platform payments launch. For example, a $200 quote would have a $20 RISOLVI fee and a $180 contractor share before any payment processing costs. No platform fee is owed under the current site. Before any future paid job, the contractor will see the actual fee and expected net amount, and the homeowner will see the total price, before either commits. Until payments launch, the homeowner and contractor are responsible for agreeing on a lawful payment method and terms outside the platform.

6. Messages and disputes

Keep communications respectful and accurate. RISOLVI may make job messages available to the people involved in that job and to authorized staff for support, safety, and dispute handling. Homeowners and contractors should first try to resolve service concerns directly. RISOLVI may help review information or restrict an account, but does not promise to decide a dispute or pay for a contractor's work.

7. Information and privacy

RISOLVI uses account details, property addresses, job descriptions and photos, contractor applications, quotes, and messages to provide the platform. Relevant job details may be shared with matched contractors; quotes and contractor details may be shared with the homeowner. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for a service request. RISOLVI does not ask for an EIN in the current contractor form. This agreement does not replace any privacy rights provided by law.

8. Availability and responsibility

The platform may be changed, paused, or unavailable. RISOLVI may suspend accounts for fraud, safety concerns, or violations of these terms. RISOLVI does not guarantee a contractor's availability, qualifications, price, schedule, or work. Nothing in this agreement removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

RISOLVI may update this agreement. For a material update, RISOLVI may ask you to review and accept the new version before continued use. The version accepted at signup is recorded with your account.
